Custom Fence Design

Once we lock in fence placement details, our experts will create site maps and CAD drawings outlining the perimeter lines, entry/exit gates, bypass lanes, queue layouts, and any custom branded fence banners planned. We use professional software to mockup how your fences will contain crowds and guide guest movement from zone to zone.

You will receive digital concept sketches you can share with your other vendors so everyone stays coordinated. We will also provide a detailed materials list of all fences, posts, stands, gates, signage, and accessories needed for your occasion.

If any specialty rental items require ordering further in advance, we will flag those early so procurement is smooth sailing.

Advance Logistics Coordination

Leading up to event week, our project manager will touch base frequently to verify all systems are go!

We will re-confirm event venue, load-in timing, load-out deadline, staffing plan, access requirements, parking availability, contingency plans for weather, and any other key details pertinent to seamless fencing execution. Consider us your day-of logistics partner taking the stress off you.

If any last minute changes come up (date change, new venue, attendance spikes), notify us right away so we can make quick adjustments as needed.

Our fences are created modularly making edits simple even down to the final hours. We can also walk the grounds again with you days prior if helpful to visualize fence placements in person together one last time.

Set Up with Minimum Disruption

Finally, your big event week arrives! Our fence construction crew will arrive promptly at call time to start efficiently building out the pre-planned perimeter boundaries, crowd lines, VIP sections, etc.

We also clean up after ourselves making sure no stray debris or hardware gets left behind once fences are up. Most importantly, we will stay completely out of sight once guests start to arrive so attention stays where it should be – on your special occasion!

Maintain Safety & Security On-Site

A core team will remain on premises as long as fencing is up to monitor perimeter integrity, open/close gates as needed, respond to requests from your event staff, and handle anything else fence-related that pops up.

Consider us an invisible asset keeping crowds contained safely so you can relax and enjoy your VIP status on such a meaningful day! We will keep our distance but can be flagged down at any point by your team should questions arise.

Breakdown & Clear Away Tracelessly

As your event winds down, we will initiate fence removal promptly in accordance with pre-timed load-out requests. Just like set up, our crew dismantles barriers efficiently yet mindfully with safety remaining top of mind. All hardware gets completely cleared away and fence lines restored back to their original open state.

We strive to leave the venue exactly as we found it as if we were never there at all! Our trucks can accommodate all dismantled equipment cleared off site efficiently with no trace left behind.
