What types of fencing do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of fencing options including wood privacy fences, vinyl fences, chain link fences, ornamental iron fences, and more. We can help you choose the right fence for your needs based on privacy, security, durability, aesthetics, and budget.

What is the process for getting a fence installed?

The process starts with a site visit and consultation to assess your property, discuss design options, and provide an accurate estimate. Once we finalize the project details, we’ll schedule the install. Our crew will layout the fence line, dig post holes, set posts and panels, and clean up the site when finished. We coordinate all necessary permits for you.

How long does it take to install a new fence?

The installation time varies based on the fence type, terrain, and length. On average, we can complete a new 6-foot privacy fence in 1-2 days. More complex projects with gates or specialty fencing may take longer. We’ll provide a specific timeline when we provide your estimate.

When is the best time to install a new fence?

The best time for installation is during the warmer months when the ground is thawed and easily excavated. We can still install in colder temperatures, but costs are higher due to frozen ground conditions. Spring and summer are ideal.

How much does a new fence cost?

Fence costs are based on the materials, height, and linear footage. As examples, a 6-foot privacy fence costs $25-50 per linear foot installed. A chain link fence starts at $15 per linear foot. Vinyl and ornamental iron cost $50-100 per linear foot. We provide free estimates so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you provide fence repair or maintenance?

Yes! We offer complete fence repair services to fix boards, posts, gates, and more. We also provide maintenance like sealing and staining. And we can replace full sections or entire fences at the end of their lifespan. Just give us a call!

How long will a new fence last?

With proper maintenance, a wood fence will last 10-15 years, chain link 15-20 years, and vinyl 20-25 years. Avoid moisture damage, seal regularly, check for cracks, and replace damaged pickets/posts as needed to maximize lifespan. Proper installation also ensures longevity.

Do you offer financing options for fencing?

We partner with third-party lenders to offer flexible financing so you can start your project now and pay over time. Payment plans are available with low monthly payments. Just ask us for details!

Is a permit required to install a fence in my area?

In most cases, yes. We obtain all required permits on your behalf prior to starting the fence installation to ensure compliance with local regulations. Permit costs are included in your quote.

What is your warranty on new fence installations?

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a 1-year warranty on labor. Materials are backed by manufacturer warranties against defects for 5-10 years. Contact us right away if any issue arises and we’ll repair or replace the defective fence components.

Can I supply my own fence materials to save money?

To ensure full warranty coverage and proper installation, we supply all fence products. But we offer competitive pricing on our high-quality materials by buying in bulk from leading brands. There are cost efficiencies we can pass along!

What safety precautions do your installers take?

Safety is our top priority. Our crew wears appropriate safety gear like gloves, glasses, hardhats, and steel-toe boots. We rope off the work area, put up safety signage, and supervise children/pets. We take extra precautions when digging.

How soon can I stain or seal my new fence?

We recommend waiting 60-90 days after installation to allow the wood to properly dry and settle. After that, staining or sealing is highly recommended every 1-2 years for treatment and protection.

How do I clean or wash my fence?

Use a pressure washer on low pressure from at least 2 feet away. Avoid high pressure levels as this can damage wood. You can also use a general cleaner and scrub brush. Rinse thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals that may interact with fence stain or finish.

Can your crew remove my old fence when installing the new one?

Yes, we can remove and dispose of your old fence as part of the installation process. We’ll provide a quote for full removal services after we inspect your existing fence. Proper disposal fees will apply.

What do you do with fence posts set in concrete?

We can extract posts set in concrete footings and remove the old concrete. This requires special equipment and labor. Let us know if you have posts set in concrete so we can provide options and pricing for full removal. There is typically an additional cost for this.

Do you offer multi-family fencing solutions?

Definitely. We have extensive experience designing, permitting, and installing fencing for apartment complexes, housing developments, and other multi-family properties. We can install perimeter security fencing, common area enclosures, pool fences, and more.

How can I get an estimate for a new fence?

Giving us a call is the best way to get a detailed estimate. We’ll come to your property, take measurements, discuss options, and provide a written quote. You can also fill out our request form, and we’ll contact you to schedule an appointment. We look forward to helping with your new fence!
